When I first joined Chi Omega, I was overwhelmed. There were so many nice ladies and so many friends that I was making and I couldn’t handle how many names there were to learn, customs to figure out and rules to follow. I gravitated to a young woman who was very similar to me in behaviour and humor, Jessica quickly became one of my best friends and we’ve continued our friendship long after our time in Chi Omega, because truly sisterhood is forever.
Her relationship with Jon is my favourite because they have been together since they were TWELVE years old! Truly, they’ve grown up together in their relationship and have developed one of the most grounded and simple foundations of anyone I know. I am in awe of them. Our session in Albuquerque was a ton of fun, we went to the elementary school where they met and started dating, and we also went to the Nucelar Research Museum to see the Fighter Jet that Jon’s grandfather flew in World War II! It was incredible to to see and I cannot wait to show them off.
