All That Glitters is Gold… | North Texas Wedding Photographer

For a long time, I wanted to really finish out my branding process but I could just never actually do it. I would constantly change my mind, and I could never figure out what fit ME. What fit JWP and what would convey the message I wanted to put out there to my clients.

I was lamenting about this to a friend and the fact that I was in a slump with client bookings. She gave me some incredible advice that rocked my world, “Julie, your work is great, it’s your branding that lacks. Make it look as good as your work and you’ll be just fine.” She was right! No one took me seriously because I didn’t look as serious as I felt.

So I’m changing that. I made a website (with the incredible Showit platform) and my blog matches it to a tee. I got it up and running in November and while I liked it, I felt that it was just too…safe. But life got crazy and I got distracted. Now that I’ve had a few days to kill, I tackled my website and I am in LOVE with the results!

It’s exactly what I wanted to convey. It focuses on the images and the stories they create. All of my information is there and the world can really get to know me.

So what does this mean to you? Well nothing, I guess. But I am super excited and so I wanted to give away a few things in celebration! This is the first of three things that I am giving way so please please please be sure to enter; you can’t win if you don’t try!
